Christophe Bancel, co-founder, and CEO of TISSIUM, has led the charge since inception, directing the company as it has conducted R&D, various clinical trials, and fundraising efforts resulting in €170 million in funding for the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are actively looking for a HR Generalist to support our Human Resources department. You will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including support for hiring staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
- Manage the onboarding of new hires: organizing and implementing programs to train new employees.
- Educate staff about new processes, HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
- Manage Employee training Program.
- Generate official internal documents such as contract, offer letters, appointment letters, payslips, etc.
- Develop employee policies and identifying areas for improvement.
- Help promote HR initiatives.
- Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Contribute to the company’s culture and employee performance.
- Assist Managers with constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Work closely with other members of the Team to assist the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.

YOUR BACKGROUND
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field required.
- HR Generalist with 5 years relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.

HIRING PROCESS
- The journey starts with an interview with Talent Acquisition Manager (30 mins)
- Then a face-to-face (virtual) meeting with the Manager of the department you are applying to join (1 hour)
- This will then be followed by a case study or business case to validate your practical job-related skills ( 1hour)
- For the very final round, you will meet other teams in Tissium
